INTRODUCTORY COACHING PACKAGE
If you’re new to coaching, or a have a specific challenge in mind, let’s start here. We’ll get clarity on your goals and values, and define an action plan to tackle what’s ahead. After our initial meeting, we’ll meet regularly over a six-month period to make sure you’re on track and progressing to your goals. I’ll strike the balance of having your back and holding your feet to the fire.

Purpose
ADVANCED COACHING PACKAGE
With this twelve month engagement, you get full access to coaching time, tools and resources. We’ll get clarity on your purpose, define your dream and outline near and longer-term goals. We’ll work on complex challenges, and identify strategies to drive lasting, sustainable change. In addition to our regular coaching sessions, I’ll be available for JIT and impromptu coaching conversations as you navigate your transformation journey. In our time together, I’ll share resources, tools and tips to enhance your development and get you where you want to go.
